Rhythm

When we are exited we breathe fast.
When we are calm we breathe slow.
When ever you are exited or angry ,
Just slowdown your breaths.
Your anger will reduce.
Your excitement will reduce.
Create a rhythm & be with the universal rhythm.
If you achieve this, your problems will start reducing.
